Welcome to the world of lemcal, where scheduling meets simplicity and customization. One of the core features of lemcal is its versatile approach to meeting types. This guide will explore how you can utilize lemcal’s meeting types to cater to diverse scheduling needs, enhancing both your efficiency and user experience.

Step 1: Meeting types

In free trial, and depending on your plan, you have the right to an unlimited number of different types of meeting. However, with the free plan, you're only entitled to 3 meeting types. You can create more, but you'll need to deactivate previously created meeting types.

Step 2: Create a new meeting type

→ Click on “Create a new meeting type” button. You need to enter:

  • The meeting name
  • The slug (url page link) after your nickname

Step 3: Configure your meeting type

General information

  • Meeting name.
  • Slug (url link)
  • Description
  • Duration (in minutes or hours)
  • Choose a location
  • Pick a color
  • Confirmation redirect url
  • Additional guests

Availability

You can choose an availability schedule here by selecting it in the input.

This lets people who visit your lemcal page know when you're available, as well as your availability in real time with your events in your calendars.
